Tasks:
- OpportunitytoCash: Identification of optimizations in the relevant process steps of the opportunity-to-cash value chain with a focus on the analysis and validation of the quality gate process or development of possible solutions
- PurchaseOrder/PurchaseRequisition: Processing PO/PR requests so that potential purchase orders and requests are processed in a timely manner, taking into account accounting compliance.
- Process management: Independent development of concepts for the operationalization and optimization of business processes in the area of Quality Gate as a sub-process of the entire purchasing process
- Further development: Derivation of optimization measures based on the modeling and documentation of complex business models / new business models for which there are no solutions yet
- Transformation: Consulting on the concept development and implementation of individual measures or work packages in the context of the finance transformation (development of test cases for the QG process, derivation of QG fields of action based on defect management within the project, analysis and structuring of the QG process, processing of the test cases as well as documentation of the error patterns in SAP Focused Build, documentation of the final QG process structure and development of a QG manual)
- Accounting: Advice on the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements with a focus on creditor-related issues
- Project management: Familiarization and independent processing of complex, sometimes novel topics, (recording and documentation of processes and interfaces, development of concepts for optimizations and practical implementation of new accounting standards)
