For one of our clients in the Telco industry, we are looking for a Scrum Master – June 2025

Background:

The Digital Analytics department comprises four teams with a total of around 50 employees. These teams are made up of professionals with different skill sets, including project managers, technical experts, and business analysts. The teams regularly collaborate cross-functionally to successfully implement digital analytics projects.
The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of collaboration in the Digital Analytics department. This is to be achieved through an optimized use of the OKR framework (Objectives and Key Results), which is already used in the department.

Specifications:

Advising the teams of the Digital Analytics department on the introduction of OKRs and their practical implementation in a corporate context
Advising the OKR Masters on the definition, coordination and review of OKRs
Preparation (prioritization, assignment) of quarterly OKRs
Advising the OKR Master on setting up kick-off events
Advising the OKR Master on the implementation of the OKR review process
Expert advice to the OKR Master regarding the OKR definition process, the OKR implementation process and OKR review process
Documentation of the defined OKRs in JIRA, Confluence and Miro
Consulting of the OKR Masters regarding the introduction and monitoring of agile processes (SCRUM)
Analysis of existing agile processes
Preparation of decision templates for the optimization of existing agile processes
Documentation of decision-making processes in PPT, Word, Confluence and Jira
Organization of workshops on the topic of agility
Creation of workshop documents on the topic of agility in PPT
