For one of our clients we are looking for a freelance Test Manager with Telco experience

Overview:
The RAITT program shapes the technical landscape and operating model around improved customer experience, faster time-to-market and reduced costs through the development and implementation of new modern product catalog, order management and CRM/CIM systems.

Tasks:

Advising the business contact persons (journey owners) vis-à-vis IT in all test phases (ICT (integrated component testing), E2E. Launch Readiness)
Advice on the selection of test journeys and responsibilities
Analysis of existing test journeys with regard to the correct journey mapping and corresponding assignment of the corresponding features in JIRA
Advice on the creation and prioritization of test plans and test cases
Advice on the correct linking of capabilities, features and test journeys/plans including quality assurance in JIRA
Advice on the creation of test plans, as well as the associated test cases for the individual journeys in Jira
Analysis of existing test plans and test cases for completeness
Coordination of the content analysis of the created test plans with the journey owners, as well as the outsourcing partner
Advice on how to carry out the test tuning and test demos
Tracking of adherence to the test activities of the journey owners (such as test plan creation, review test cases, review workflows), reporting test progress as well as temporal deviations of the program timelines, incl. feedback, comments and test status of the participants in Jira
Reminder management of stakeholders in case of delays, as well as escalation of problems
Advise journey owners on escalation management
Advice on uncertainties about the way of working in testing, including onboarding of new journey owners.
Preparation and documentation of Tribe retrospectives on test activities
Identification and documentation of lessons learned for continuous improvement of testing processes.
Implementation of test journey reporting, creation of the status report for test journeys at tribe level
Implementation of defect reporting
Identify testing process issues, create proactive proposals, agreements, and implement improvements.

Must Haves - please present them in the CVs in a clearly comprehensible way:

Proven and many years of experience as a test manager, test analyst, test coordinator
Proven experience in senior project management at European telecommunications companies or experience in similarly regulated industries
Proven experience in coordinating Indian outsourcing partners
Jira Advanced Knowledge
Experience in Requirement Engineering
Experience in transformation projects
Fluent in German and English
Proven experience in agile working
