For one of our clients in the telecom industry we are looking for a Project Manager FTTH.

1. Project / Assignment Background:

In addition to mobile products, TEF also offers home internet solutions based on a variety of technologies. Accelerated growth in the home internet segment — particularly in the fiber optics (FTTH) area — is a clear strategic priority for the B2C business in the coming years.

2. Specific Description of Services.

• Conducting market and competitor analyses, as well as preparing and evaluating performance reports to identify opportunities, trends, and optimization potential for the consumer segment

• Developing and optimizing go-to-market concepts and executing marketing initiatives (planning, implementation, analysis, and ongoing development), with a focus on fiber optic products

• Briefing and coordinating all relevant internal stakeholders (primarily Brand, Sales, Customer Service, PR, and Internal Communications)

• Optimizing existing and developing new propositions to increase profitable customer acquisition, with an emphasis on FTTH

Creating sales enablement materials and compelling sales arguments

3. Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• Telecommunications industry expertise

• In-depth knowledge of fiber optics (FTTH)

• Project management experience

• PMO (Project Management Office) knowledge

• Data analysis skills

• Go-to-market strategy development and execution

• ​​​​​​​Fluent English and German
