For one of our clients we are looking for a Ecommerce Performance optimization specialist

Background of the project / order:

The service is requested as part of the optimization of the performance management of the client's online business.
The aim of the project is to advise on the optimisation potential and to implement the optimisation measures resulting from the analysis.

Specifications:

Analysis of existing e-commerce performance (for the postpaid/fixed/digital products/prepaid categories) and its drivers
Derivation and prioritization of optimization measures to increase the conversion rate, sales and margin
Creation of an action plan for implementation including the definition of success KPIs
Advice on the planning and implementation of online campaigns and promotions
Strategic and operational advice on the further development of customer journeys and digital sales processes
Preparation of decision templates, management reports and an implementation roadmap

Workload: full-time
