For one of our clients in the pharma industry we are looking for a freelance Adobe Campaign Specialist
Project Description: The project involves the management and optimization of email marketing campaigns for the client using Adobe Campaign (Classic) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Within the scope of the project, the external contractor will set up workflows for email campaigns and manage data and performance for email journeys. In addition, the contractor will provide various consulting services based on their CRM and CRM software experience in the required areas, which are described in more detail below.
Tasks: (1) Coordination and Requirements Management
The contractor works closely with the global client unit (campaign execution) and the team in Germany (technical requirements).
They are responsible for organizing and implementing personalized, pre-configured omnichannel marketing campaigns for various target groups in the prescription drug sector using the Adobe Campaign platform or the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The step-by-step implementation includes:
Briefing all content and logical requirements to the global unit. Ongoing: Documentation of the entire campaign progress – Review is carried out by client.
Pre-proofing and final proofing of email templates in Adobe Campaign via the external contractor – approval is provided by the client
Selection of the campaign target group
Review of email workflows
Monitoring of all automated email workflows
Application of review criteria. These are provided to the contractor in advance by the client.
(2) Consulting on the capabilities of Adobe Campaign
Customer journey consulting on the capabilities of Adobe Campaign Classic, CRM, and campaign management in general compared to client
Consulting on improving conversion and click rates for new campaigns and existing online registrations
Consulting on technical opt-in/opt-out process optimization for newsletter subscriptions
Professional and technical consulting on digital transformation
(3) Generation of insights
Independent execution of special analyses, evaluations, and derivation of learnings from Adobe Campaign email campaigns
All required data will be provided by the client
Requirements:
Extensive technical and professional (end-customer) CRM experience
Extensive experience with campaign management tools such as SAS CI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MS Dynamics, and Adobe Campaign Classic
Experience in campaign and journey automation
Experience as a product/customer/content manager in the pharmaceutical or similar industries
Extensive experience in multichannel marketing
Strong customer-centricity for external and internal customers
Compliance with all compliance requirements
Fluent German
English nice to have
Methodological Requirements:
Strong project management skills, ability to work as a team in stakeholder coordination to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand backend/IT requirements and business/marketing requirements, strategies, and tactics
High degree of flexibility
