Senior Recruitment Consultant
Sofia, April 2025Kommlink is growing and we’re looking for a Recruitment specialist to join us in our journey!
We have a long-established office in Sofia from where we source and recruit the best people for our clients.
We specialize in providing freelance and permanent resourcing, personnel leasing, payroll and out staffing solutions to clients we service which vary from Telecom and Utilities to companies in the pharma and sportswear sectors working on their cloud. IA and digitisation projects.
For 20 years we have provided excellent service to our clients on the German and UK markets in the field of the ever-expanding gig-economy.
For our fast-passed environment, we’re looking for someone who is:
• Energetic, brave and determined
• Focussed with a can do attitude
• Adaptable
• Very communicative and open to different people and cultures
• Comfortable in negotiations
• An excellent and loyal team-player
• Highly organized
• Cool under pressure
Day-to-day we:
• Find the most suitable consultants using the most modern sourcing techniques
• Interview and screen people from around the globe
• Consult both our clients and candidates
• Update our ATS
• Build and maintain our relationships with clients and candidates alike
• We liaise with our clients, the team and the candidates
If you’d like to dive head-first in the gig-economy and future of work and have:
• Fluent English
• Good German is a plus
• University degree
• Good analytical skills
• Desire to learn
• Good experience with MS Office products (mainly Word, outlook and Excel)
• Ability to gain people's confidence and put them at ease, to be persuasive and patien
