Background of the project:
- To strengthen data-driven cross-upsell and retention campaigns, Cutsomer Interaction operates a platform on which campaign processes including a profiler are developed, orchestrated and monitored. For the continuous development, maintenance and quality assurance of these processes.
Tasks:
Analysis & Consulting
- Professional and technical analysis of existing campaign processes
- Advice on data flows, selections and profiling strategies
- Implementation and optimization of data selection, transformation and aggregation paths in Oracle PL/SQL
- Mapping of predefined business logic for customer segmentation
- Planning and execution of unit, integration and regression tests
- Documentation of test cases and results
- Monitoring of ongoing jobs and workflows (performance, error management)
- Tuning of SQL queries and batch processes
- Connection or supply of the sending channels e-mail, SMS, outbound Call and letter
- Implementation of data-driven personalization and control
