Project Name: One Pharma Analytics Dashboard Development
Project Description:
The Project is looking to establish a centralized data visualization ecosystem known as "One Pharma Analytics." The objective is the technical consolidation of a legacy Data Warehouse dashboards and the migration and implementation of different dashboards within the given project plan. Data from different data sets like Manufacturing or Quality data are ingested and processed into a unified Snowflake-based data architecture. This project involves the transformation of raw operational data into optimized data marts to enable high-performance reporting and cross-functional transparency across Tableau, PowerBI, Streamlit and Spotfire platforms.

Technical Stack & Visualization Proficiency
The goal after completion of the service is the provision of fully functional, documented, and tested One Pharma Analytics dashboards that meet the specified technical requirements and architecture standards.
All work, documentation and related deliverables will be turned over to client for review and further usage.

Technical Stack & Visualization Proficiency
- The candidate must demonstrate advanced capabilities across the specified BI toolkit to meet the project's goal of delivering fully functional dashboards based on the established technical solution designs and the overarching system architecture.
- Multi-Tool Mastery: High expertise in developing dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI is required to match various use case scenarios. Expertise in Streamlit and Spotfire is preferable.
- Advanced UI/UX Logic: Experience implementing complex drill-downs, hierarchical aggregations, and multi-dimensional filters/parameters to enable deep data exploration.
- Corporate Design Integration: Proven ability to adapt corporate layout requirements and technical templates into the dashboard interface for visual consistency.
- The project relies on a Snowflake database environment; candidates must be able to bridge the gap between raw data and visualization.
- Snowflake Expertise: Technical experience with Snowflake database technology, specifically calling functions and procedures in/via the visualization tool.
- Python Experience: For the implementation of Streamlit applications/dashboards expertise in Python is preferable.
- Data Mart Design: Ability to conceptualize and build data marts and underlying structures that ensure scalable and maintainable dashboard performance.
- Source Integration: Understanding of data flows from Manufacturing and Quality (e.g. LIMS) sources into a Landing Zone for further processing.
- Definition and documentation of user requirements based on the evaluation of predefined functional specifications and existing data sets to establish technical boundaries for the dashboard environment.
- Creation of technical documentation including data lineage maps, functional logic descriptions, and maintenance manuals.
- Technical Writing: Proficiency in creating data lineage maps, functional logic descriptions, and technical maintenance manuals.
- Project Management: Experience preparing installation packages, deployment protocols, and documenting of open technical topics and the independent technical evaluation of resolutions based on the predefined project requirements. Preparation and presentation of technical progress in regular virtual status meetings to report service progress and provide updates on the fulfillment of the task description.
- Language & Coordination: Very good German and English (written/spoken) are required to moderate technical status meetings and present progress reports.
- As this is a pharmaceutical environment, the following technical governance standards are non-negotiable.
- Security Configuration: Hands-on experience configuring Row Level Security (RLS) and integrating complex data access rules to fulfill technical governance standards.
- Testing & Integrity: Ability to execute rigorous functional tests to verify data integrity and technical accuracy before final delivery including elimination of errors by incorporating feedback from test results of the end user community.
- Legacy Transformation: Skill in performing technical analysis incl. creation of analysis/requirements document on legacy reports to migrate them into the new system environment.
