For one of our clients in the telco industry, we are looking for a freelance Consultant Crisis Management
Description of the project: The service is requested as part of the project "Further Development of Crisis Management". The purpose of the project is to advance the further development of Crisis Management (CM) and to complete the implementation of the CM lifecycle. The CM lifecycle includes a regular review of the crisis management plan, the preparation of the annual crisis management exercises, the preparation of crisis management workshops, the implementation of a lessons learned cycle, the annual review of the crisis management system and the annual review of crisis risks.
Service description:
Coordination of all steps defined in the CM lifecycle to maintain the CM within the company.
Quarterly review of the crisis management plan
Objective assessment of the crisis management system and development of suggestions for improvement,
Survey and processing of crisis risks.
Development of company-specific templates and presentations along the CM lifecycle
Preparation and follow-up of CM tests and exercises
Development of presentations for use in the crisis management workshops
Preparation of crisis management exercises,
Documentation and tracking of lessons learned,
Consulting and implementation of objective improvement potentials of the CM
Project-related analysis of the status quo and expert advice on the further course of action within the framework of the project
Project-related analysis of improvement potentials after completion of the CM lifecycle
Required skills:
Experience in Conflict management
Experience Project-Reporting, Project management and Project planning
Knowledge of Kanban
Fluent German and English
Extensive experience in Business Processes and process optimization
Experience in documentation
Experience in ISO 22361 Crisis Management
