Showroom & Key Account Experience Consultant - March 2026

For one of our clients in the fashion industry we’re looking for a freelance Showroom & Key Account Experience Consultant

1. Project Overview
Project Objective
European key customers are invited to seasonal showroom events in Herzogenaurach to meet Sales Teams, explore new collections, receive product insights, and place orders.
The goal of this project is to deliver best-in-class customer meetings and ensure a seamless, premium key account experience throughout each season.

2. Scope of Services
All products, systems access, documents, and relevant information will be provided in advance.
The contractor will independently deliver the following services:
Showroom & Meeting Experience Consulting
  • Professional consultancy on showroom setup based on own expertise.
  • Consultancy on structuring and conducting key account meetings to ensure smooth execution and an outstanding customer journey.
  • Consultancy on timely delivery of relevant documents, including tracking and status documentation (Excel or MS Notes).
Planning & Coordination
  • Independent creation of an easy-to-use seasonal account meeting schedule.
  • Recommendation of the most suitable “source of truth” tool (e.g., Excel, SmartSheet, Outlook – Microsoft tools preferred).
  • Ensuring accessibility and usability for all stakeholders.
  • Meeting setup itself is handled internally.
Visitor Experience & Communication
  • Identification of relevant information for visiting guests.
  • Creation of a “Visitor Toolkit” (PowerPoint) to be shared in advance, including:
    • Activity options
    • Restaurants
    • Maps
    • Transport information
    • Giveaways
    • Catering booking information
  • Toolkit creation based on contractor’s expertise; distribution handled internally.
Brand Ambassador Briefing Preparation
  • Preparation of briefing documentation for Brand Ambassadors (external staff).
  • Clarification of daily operational tasks (e.g., room clean-up, sample preparation, moving/storing).
  • Focus on documentation preparation only (no supervision or selection responsibilities).
  • Tool selection at contractor’s discretion.
Opening Session Execution Support
  • Operational coordination of technical setup for customer meeting openings.
  • Provision of technical and professional recommendations during rehearsals.
  • Consultancy for a 30–60 minute opening presentation (3–4 presenters, 8–30 guests).
  • Content creation handled internally; contractor focuses on coordination and execution support.
External Consultant Role
The contractor acts as an external consultant toward all external partners involved in the project.

3. Deliverables & Performance Goal
  • Timely and complete delivery of all agreed services.
  • Smooth execution of seasonal showroom meetings.
  • Elevated customer experience for European key accounts.

4. Timeline & Workload
SS27 Prelines
  • March – April: 25 hours/week
  • May: 15 hours/week
  • June – End of July: 10 hours/week
FW26 Prelines (Preliminary Planning)
  • August – September: 20 hours/week
  • September – November: 35 hours/week
  • December: 10 hours/week
Start Date: 16.03.2026
End Date: 15.03.2027
Capacity: Approx. 20 hours per week
Location: 40% onsite in Herzogenaurach/ 60% remote
