Project Description

1. Background of the Project / Assignment
The services are requested within the framework of the Technical Transformation MediaMarktSaturn and Fonic projects.
The Technical Transformation MediaMarktSaturn project aims to migrate the MediaMarktSaturn private label SuperSelect to a future-proof technical platform.
The Fonic project focuses on portfolio maintenance and the expansion of products under the Fonic brand.
2. Specific Description of Services (without reference to individuals)

• Identification and evaluation of necessary adjustments and development requirements to achieve the project objectives
• Functional and process-related definition and design of the required development goals within the project
• Consulting and professional review of transformation, optimization, and extension requirements
• Creation of business solution concepts
• Design and execution of functional acceptance tests
• Professional consulting and conceptual design of functional and component development
• Project-related documentation (applications: Jira / Confluence)
