For one of our clients in the energy industry, we are looking for a Solar Farm Commissioning Specialist

Project name: Renewables 2026 Execution Portfolio (Tamworth, Totmanslow, Tet, Wilhelmshaven)

Project description:
The aim of the project Renewables 2026 Execution Portfolio is to support the execution and commissioning of solar power plants in the UK, Poland, Hungary, and Germany.

Tasks:

Technical consultancy and monitoring regarding commissioning activities across multiple solar farm sites (list will be provided by client in advance), including checking compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations by taking into consideration the project objectives and contractual requirements based on own knowledge and experience.
Documentation of the results including technical input to optimize the commissioning phase and presentation to client for further use.
Development, production, and maintenance of all commissioning documentation, including detailed commissioning programmes and test procedures based on own professional evaluation of scope and necessity and contractual requirements of the projects.
Facilitation of a seamless transition from the construction phase to operations and maintenance (O&M), with the aim of supporting operational readiness and system verification.
Provision of professional consultation for contract negotiations, including technical schedules, for new tenders and future project phases based on own expertise.
Technical consultation and support during the commissioning process, from initial preparations through to handover documentation for the operations team.
