Background of the project / order:
The subject of the contract is the technical support of a sell-side M&A transaction in the period between signing and closing. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of transaction-related planning, documentation and decision-making documents as well as the structured presentation of dependencies, risks, open points and closing-relevant issues. In addition, the contract includes the creation of reporting and documentation artifacts for a transparent presentation of the transaction progress.

Background of the project / order:

The subject of the contract includes the preparation of transaction-related planning, documentation and decision-making documents as well as the structured presentation of dependencies, risks, open points and closing-relevant issues. In addition, the contract includes the creation of reporting and documentation artifacts for a transparent presentation of the transaction progress.
Tasks:
- Create and update an integrated transaction plan, including documented milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
- Advice on coordination, monitoring and transparency assurance of deal streams as part of the Deal Execution PMO
- Creation and consolidation of overviews of open points, decisions, risks, dependencies and identified facts in the context of transactions
- Preparation of documentation on transaction-related work packages and their processing status
- Preparation of information on contractual, financial, tax, personnel, IT-related, operational and commercial transaction matters
- Creation of closing checklists including documented tasks, deadlines and implementation statuses
- Documentation of conditions, approvals, additional agreements and other closing-relevant transaction components
- Preparation of decision documents, status reports and management summaries on transaction-relevant issues
- Creation of consolidated representations of risks, open points, decisions, dependencies and possible courses of action
- Preparation of complex transaction issues in German and English for management documents
Milestones:
