The purpose is to provide transparent and reusable coordination outputs that enable Commercial Excellence leadership, capability owners and subject-matter contributors to focus on strategic priorities, capability development and measurable business impact.
Tasks:
- Independent structuring, tracking, and technical documentation of project milestones, deliverables, risk logs, and dependency matrices for selected E2E Business Solution/Capability work packages across defined project phases.
- Methodological tracking and analytical consolidation of project milestone progress, including the identification of deliverable deviations, technical dependencies, and the compilation of structured action trackers and status reports for handover to designated internal owners.
- Independent conception, structural development, and formalized documentation of governance frameworks, responsibility matrices (RACI), and implementation records for defined capability areas.
- Technical evaluation and structural documentation of the Excellence Journey governance model, including systematic consolidation of stakeholder feedback and preparation of documented recommendations for model enhancement for review and decision by internal owners.
- Independent drafting and structural preparation of standardized capability briefings, technical guidance assets, and best-practice documentation packages for internal communication.
- Methodological preparation of content, workshop agendas, and technical documentation packages for defined Global Commercial Excellence exchange forums, including the structured compilation of knowledge-sharing assets and best-practice repositories.
- Conception, architectural structuring, and quality review of centralized documentation repositories (SharePoint and Animal Health Capability Shelf) for the systematic archiving of governance frameworks, technical guides, and project assets.
- Content preparation and documentation of technical briefing packages, strategic decision templates, and objective tracking logs for project-specific steering committees and governance workshops.

- Technical consolidation of budget planning data and independent generation of budget status reporting models via Power BI, including data consistency checks and preparation of reporting dashboards for review and approval by the designated internal budget owner.
- Creation of comprehensive documentation covering the outputs and results of the above service elements, followed by handover to client for review, approval and further use.
Goal after completion of the service: The goal after completion of the service is the availability of formalized governance frameworks, structured E2E capability project trackers, standardized onboarding and training documentation packages, centralized repository architectures, and validated Power BI budget reporting models handed over to client for review, formal approval, and ongoing operational utilization.
Required experience:
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, team or business operations, business administration or a comparable coordination role. Experience should include coordinating multiple concurrent activities and senior stakeholders, maintaining project and action trackers, governance documentation, meeting records and structured knowledge repositories.
