Technical Lead Analyst JAVA - permanent role

Job Summary:

 
  • Technical Lead IT Products and Services (Waterfall, Agile, Configuration)
  • Manage Requirements and Define Solutions
  • Documentation of application-specific solution (optionally incl. application-specific requirements)
  • Documentation of E2E solution
Key responsibilities:
 
  • Cost estimation for solutions within the software development lifecycle
  • Verify cost and effort estimations
  • Creation of the technical part of a Purchase Order
  • Technical - / substantive examination of Purchase Order responses, e.g. compliance to the specifications
  • Generation or review of the first high-level application-specific design and determination of the coarse dependencies on other systems.
  • Generation or review of the technical solution of the external suppliers on high level and low-level base, as well as the dependencies (IFS) of the applications
  • Governance of the application Analysis, design, and architecture
  • Support shaping requirements by creating, updating, and commenting the list of Business Requirements describing the desired changes or new demands. Activities are:
    • Provide final cost estimations for design, development, test efforts
    • Raise issues, questions, risks, assumptions
    • Define application high level solution design
    • Define high level interfaces design
    • Execute proof of concept (optional)
  • Generation or review test plans, test cases, and test results of suppliers
Technical Skills required:
  • Core Java, JEE (7 or 8 version), Advance Java Technologies like EJB 3.1, Spring, SOAP, JUnit, JMS, Python, Perl, WebLogic 12.1.2, Puppet
  • Oracle Technologies: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB Administration
  • Should have experience of BDD / TDD
  • Experience on Confluence and Jira, Crucible, Fisheye, GIT, Sonar, JGiven desirable.
