Project Description:
Project Manager for implementation of Digital Workplace service catalogue and ITIL processes
Main Tasks:
- Working with solution architects, service owners and the service catalogue manager, ensure development and integration of the necessary new Digital Workplace service catalogue items in the ServiceNow instance
- Implement interim solutions where release / change timeframes prevent implementation of the long-term items by the required milestones
- Develop and integrate other ITIL process changes (e.g. Asset Management, Incident Management, etc.) related to the Digital Workplace programme into the existing ITIL environment

- Strong negotiator
- Solution-based attitude, mediating between multiple implementation projects and strategic process owners to ensure a high-quality end-result with very strong end user focus
- Willing and able to be innovative in developing and communicating pragmatic solutions to complex issues
- Very good English and German skills
- Structured, self-driven attitude
Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes, especially asset and service catalogue management
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
- Project management skills
- Experience of working with service providers and in a matrix organisation
- Basic understanding of Microsoft cloud based desktop service models
