For one of our clients we are looking for a
VEEVA CRM Business Analyst - IT Healthcare International Commercial & Core Franchises
Overview:
- You define processes, required data flows and governance processes for the APAC regional Veeva CRM solution.
- Your in-depth Pharma CRM process knowledge combined with experience working closely with agile software development teams are key to design solutions and scalable operating models.
Tasks:
- Define & document business processes and user requirements for our regional Veeva CRM platform and the respective ecosystem integrations (multi-channel marketing, compliance, data, reporting)
- Leading requirements workshops and guide country roll-out teams
- Support key business stakeholders as proxy product owner within SCRUM methodology (especially in translating requirements to detailed user stories and collaborating with the technical implementation team)
- Define success & adoptions KPIs
Who you are:
- In-depth knowledge of Veeva CRM solution including hands-on experience with regional template rollouts
- Additional experience within the Marketing Sales Ecosystem (web content management, digital asset management, etc.) is helpful
- Knowledge of agile implementation methods and common project tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Attention to detail
- Being proactive, taking action and anticipating opportunities
- Communicating effectively orally and in writing in English language
- B.Sc. in IT or similar
- Willingness to travel
- 4-6 years Veeva CRM and global or regional project experience
