The service is requested as part of a project related to Social Brand Communications / Brand campaign for one of our clients
Our client’s Brand Marketing needs a Social & Partner Publishing brand campaign project to be executed: a marketing campaign for the spring/summer 2023 season from initial agency briefing to final upload of marketing tools to our client’s marketing content platform & Social publishing platforms. Estimated duration of projects mid August 2022 – February 23.
Independently executes Social Media marketing work, such as remote agency briefings (video conference between freelancer and agency partners), creation of deliverables list (template and guidance provided by Brand Comms Sr Director), supervision of photoshoots, creation of social media tools & implementation of these. Freelancer to communicate on behalf of our client, external’s status is highlighted in email address and will be mentioned in the introduction calls with the agency. Our client provides a concept briefing before the start of the project, as well as reviews and double checks all tools (imagery, video content, formatted channel tools) before they are published to our client’s marketing content platform by the external (DAB) or it’s own social media channels (Instagram, Tiktok etc).
Provides sell-in material and campaign strategy slides for handover milestones with our client’s market counterparts. All contents to be double checked by Brand Comms Sr Director as part of bi-weekly update calls. Detailed deliverables list will be provided before the start of the project. All deliverables (incl. imagery, Key visuals, videos, copy decks) must be uploaded to the our client’s internal sell in platform (DAB) or Social publishing platforms in order to be available for local market counterparts.
Delivers campaign tools (imagery, videos, copy decks, activation guidelines) on time and in full (OTIF). Tools for calculation of OTIF timelines and briefing about campaign objectives to be provided by the client’s team before the start of the project. All materials will be double checked by the client.
Provides bi-weekly reports of marketing activities to Brand Comms Sr Director via email and provides updates based on timelines which are provided at the start of the project.
