Brand Communications Specialist with focus on different franchises - September 2022

For one of our clients we are looking for a Brand Communications Specialist with focus on franchises

  • The project is about strengthening sports credibility by sharpening the client's key franchises’ proposition through developing comprehensive comms content toolkits that support and drive conversion for the main seasonal category activation for SS23/FW3.   
  • The project has the purpose to position the client's key franchises as credible running shoes in FW23 through a unique point of difference, storytelling, and holistic brand communication across channels.

  • Strategy and Creative Development. Campaign Brief creation based on the template given by Brand Marketing Operations, Brief presentation to the external creative agency, and give input after each creative round based on contractor’s own experience and following the campaign objectives provided by the client.
  • Campaign Development. Create a campaign tools list based on the communications framework template for the season provided by the client and also on contractor’s own experience; Give a recommendation of the partners that should be selected in the campaign based on the client portfolio. Brief channels about the campaign creative that should be aligned with the external creative agency, messaging approval by the product and legal team and product samples order based on the timelines and formats provided by the client
  • Pre-production and Production. External contractor acting on behalf of the client by planning together with the external creative agency the photoshoots for the campaign assigned by reviewing and approving the shoot list provided by external creative agency and giving feedback and recommendation based on contractor’s own experience.
  • (Photo shooting- external location -TBC).
  • OTIF Market Updates and Campaign Toolkits. Give professional consultation and recommendation to the client creative agency to build franchise’s campaign toolkits and market updates decks based on the client's Brand Marketing operations templates.
  • Key Franchises Campaign Reporting. Create a Sell-out campaign report after the Campaign execution based on the campaign template in PowerPoint provided by the client.

The performance of the contractor has the goal:
  • To deliver the briefed and required projects independently in full scope. Driving the communication and overseeing the integrated marketing approach with a holistic 360-degree approach which can create a big difference in the perception of the campaign.
