PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
a. Short description of the project:
Creating color and material proposals, including tech packs, for Sportswear Footwear SS24
b. The project has the purpose to deliver ready to handover Design Packs. This includes detailed information and descriptions on tech packs, the correct and clean file formats.
Tasks:
The performance of the contractor has the goal:
To deliver finished Design Packs, which are in the final stage for handover to the factory, incorporating all steps from the briefings from Marketing and Design, over to feedback step checks from Marketing, Design and factory Creating Footwear Color- & Material concepts
Start: 17.10.2022
Location: 80% remote and 20% onsite in Herzogenaurach
Duration: 2 months+
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Creating color and material proposals, including tech packs, for Sportswear Footwear SS24
b. The project has the purpose to deliver ready to handover Design Packs. This includes detailed information and descriptions on tech packs, the correct and clean file formats.
Tasks:
- Creating 20 Footwear Pack mood boards, including trend and consumer profiles + visualizing 3-5 footwear franchises in the briefed stories
- Attending briefing sessions via Microsoft teams with Marketing and Design to receive feedback for next action steps.
- Creating FTW Color & Material Design proposals in the provided format and document towards the briefings, including additional design options towards the brief
- Presenting the work back to Design and Marketing, based on availability in MS Teams, or in person.
- Joining feedback sessions via teams with Design and Marketing for once a week to receive briefings and feedbacks
- Implementing the feedbacks into all necessary file updates for Franchise rollout files and CADs
- Designs need to get signed off by Design & Marketing, before an official handover to the factory and upload into the adidas systems
- Sharing all created files and formats on a weekly base, via SharePoint, Email, or MS Teams with Design
- Consolidating franchise rollouts into a provided holistic visual and share back with Design
- Cleaning up working files into a clean presentation format in MIRO or Powerpoint
- Creating approx. 200 Tech packs, including all required details and descriptions, based on the provided input from Design
- CADs need to be handed over back to Color- & Material Design to be ready for upload into the system
- Attending handover meetings with Marketing, Design and factory LOs via teams, to share and explain all detailings on the tech packs
- If required, update the Tech Packs, based on feedback from adidas
- Visualize consumer relevant Footwear Pack ideas I. MIRO and Illustrator based on own expertise
