Line activities and project contribution as part of Data Archiving in order to fulfill the GoBD and tax relevant requirements.
Task description:
The consultant must have knowledge of the following areas to perform the service:

Line activities and project contribution as part of Data Archiving in order to fulfill the GoBD and tax relevant requirements.
Task description:
- Consulting of Delivery Management for EII Archiv and the future OneArchiv (RFQ ongoing)
- Consulting of the client’s internal units (budget management, procurement and controlling)
- Stakeholder management
- Vendor management - communication, analysis and ordering processes together with the vendors of the solutions
- SPOC for internal archiving requests
- SPOC for DPR requests
- Establishment of an in-life archiving process within the client
- Continuous optimization of existing archives (EII Archiv, OneArchive)
- HW move of archives between data centers
- Migration between archive systems
The consultant must have knowledge of the following areas to perform the service:
- Very good knowledge of archiving systems, databases and applications in telecommunications sector
- Very good knowledge in analysis, design and development of complex IT systems
- Excellent knowledge of software development processes and software lifecycle (various agile frameworks)
- Special knowledge of the client’s processes and system architecture is an advantage
- Knowledge in project management and legal regulation requirements is an advantage
- Experience with RFQ processes
- Very good knowledge of German and English
