For one of our clients in the sportswear industry we’re looking for a freelance Junior Brand Comms Consultant:

Project description:
CCM (Commercial Conversion Modular) Seasonal Content
Seasonal cross-category content where the client franchises and key items receive a uniform communication toolkit built on the brand expression direction for 2024, including insights around optimism, credibility, and authenticity.

Project goal:
Drive efficiencies in production with a singular creative approach to create a modular plug and play solutions for markets to create locally conversion driving tools to support sell thru of key seasonal products. The x-channel toolkit needs to be delivered to markets for local implementation of the individual commercial product stories.

Service description:
  • Facilitate the post-production process for SS24 Modular Commercial Seasonal Content using the Airtable system and in line with OTIF. This involves managing feedback rounds between the client comms, the client production teams, creative agency and production agency. Contractor will only be the moderator of those alignments.
  • Coordinate the upload of all SS24 Modular content on DAB in line with OTIF (~2.000 assets), by setting up the correct containers on DAB, reviewing the content on DAB and supervision of 100Berlin agency deliverables (agency responsible for the upload of High-resolution files).
  • Prepare a PowerPoint presentation for the FW24 Commercial Seasonal Content - Modular, following the content structure used in the previous season's SS24 deck as a template, which will be shared by the client’s comms team. Incorporate the latest content and product overview for the upcoming season, referencing the GTM FW24 content to be shared by the client’s comms team.
  • Share the category briefings (clean up the PPT deck we used in previous seasons and re-share it) with Training, Running, Football, Basketball, Sportswear, Originals, Sport specialties and Outdoor Business Unit prior to December.
The performance of the contractor has the goal:
  • Facilitate the postproduction process and upload all x-category content from SS24 Commercial Seasonal Content - Modular on DAB in line with OTIF.
  • And create the creative and category briefing templates of Commercial Seasonal Content - Modular fall winter 2024 season.

  • Oct and Nov 2023: SS24 post-production & 2D content upload to DAB
  • Dec 2023: FW24 Commercial Seasonal Content – Modular briefings
