For one of our customers we are looking for Consultant for database migration from Oracle Apex to Office 365

Overview:
 
  • Development of an internal communication concept for work requirements and document requirements as well as a database of responsibilities regarding regulatory impact

Project description:
 
  • Move our Oracle Apex databases (automatic work requests and responsibility lists) to Office 365 with additional enhancements and automations with Office
  • So far, there is no overarching order concept within Quality Control, but many scattered data management tools. The aim of the project is to develop and implement a communication concept for quality control. Likewise, all data from the Oracle database must be transferred to a database option in Office 365.
  • In addition, Quality Control has little experience in developing a local and global communication strategy, so external support is required to develop such processes.
  • The aim of the communication strategy is to enable transparency and insight into all areas regarding the work processes between the departments and our department.

Tasks:
  • Execution of the migration of the Oracle database in several cycles:
  • Extension of missing topics in Office 365
  • Migration of all existing documents from the Oracle database to the existing Office applications
  • Integration of the interfaces into the existing Office applications for the software solutions MyLIMS, GoTrack and VeevaVault
  • Creation of a comprehensive communication strategy, aligned with the goals of the organization, within the applicable quality control between our work area and all relevant interfaces of the departments concerned
  • Creation of comprehensive communication plans for the implementation of automated processes in Office 365 based on the developed communication strategy
  • Creation of training materials based on the developed communication plans and communication strategy
  • Preparation of change management measures for cultural and organizational topics related to quality control, quality assurance and all affected sites and departments
  • Create a concept for consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels

Schedules:
  • Creation of a communication concept based on the tools already developed by September 2024
  • Move all data from Oracle banks to two different communication platforms once for the regulatory requirements and for all documents and workflows by November 2024
  • Implementation of training of employees in the communication concept by the specialist department at the end of November 2024
  • Handover of the database to employees by the end of 2024
