Overview:
- The project ‘Product Data Improvement’ is an initiative to investigate various reasons why Product data is not available on time, and if available why is it wrong.
- The project has the purpose that: Based on the findings, the issues need to be addressed, with certain consulting from contractors. The goal is to have data ready on time and have correct data with minimum issues/errors, as this causes loss in Net Sales and increased number of returns.
Tasks:
- Technical consultation on system (Product Brief, Kalido) issues that prevent Data entry on time or if the system rules are not correctly implemented, emails, teams messages or meetings (also requested by contractor if required).
- Professional consultancy in Reporting and Analysis of Data in excel, using PowerBI
- Independent implementation of business rules related to Product Data attributes in reports and systems and clarifying the same with Business Units/Product
- Managers, clarifying via emails, teams messages or meetings (also requested by contractor if required).
- Development of reporting solution in PowerBI to check data quality and callouts to the PMs, wherever data quality is low (based on the business rules converted into PowerBI reporting)
- Testing the tools Product Brief and PowerBI, for new features and providing feedback on if and how the new features affect the data quality via emails, teams messages or meetings (also requested by contractor if required).
- Reporting via PowerBI on seasonal milestones THO and GTMSO
- Updating Product Data Learning APP with the latest data based on feedback from Tech counterparts and business stakeholders based on email/teams meetings setup for that topic (so far only once a month).
- Validating reference data requests coming from the BUs based on own expertise and professional consultancy on the implementation of the data in Kalido system. Updating of the existing documentation in word or ppt.
- Update confluence based on project related meetings once a week, regarding system enhancement, business rules, reporting logics.
- Every documentation, guideline, report is submitted for appro
