Overview:
The service is requested as part of the RAITT project. The RAITT program is reshaping the BSS landscape and operating model by developing and implementing new, modern product catalogs, order management, and CRM/CIM systems with the goal of achieving an improved customer experience, faster TMT, and reduced TCO.

- Advice on the collection and prioritization and definition of requirements in the field of commissions, as well as determination of the development sequence
- Advice on the prioritization of the defined epics, as well as determination of the development sequence
- Review and targeted adaptation of the defined epics
- Advice on the creation of user stories as part of Epic development
- Creation of a rule report on development progress,
- Analysis and identification of procedural problems and challenges
- Advising the project manager and stream lead on the management of the project teams
