As part of the further development of the BSS landscape and the optimization of the operating model, the focus is on the development and implementation of new systems for the product catalog (PC), order management (OM) and CRM/CIM. The aim is to improve the customer experience, shorten the time to market (T2M) and reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO). A modern system architecture is intended to make existing processes more efficient and minimize technical dependencies.

The aim is to improve the customer experience, shorten the time to market (T2M) and reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO). A modern system architecture is intended to make existing processes more efficient and minimize technical dependencies.
Task description:
- Blueprinting Management: Technical and functional definition of the app features for the development of the new NOVUM Mein o2 app and the NOVUM Mein Blau app
- Feature Specification: Creation of concepts for complex features, in particular authentication mechanisms and security classes (network login, password protection, two-factor authentication)
- User Access Management: Definition of authorizations within the security classes and conception of upgrade and downgrade mechanisms based on user actions and session status
- Technical Coordination: Coordination with business analysts to evaluate technical feasibility and develop final concept decisions
- Documentation & Reporting: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation in PowerPoint as well as continuous progress reports on the blueprinting process
- System Architecture: Analysis and consideration of the NOVUM platform and the underlying system architecture to ensure seamless integration of new features
- Problem Resolution: Identification and solution of technical challenges up to handover to the development team in Spain
- Project Collaboration: Use and management of relevant tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Figma to coordinate and document development progress
