Project description:
The RAITT program designs the BSS landscape and the operating model to improve customer experience, faster T2M and reduced TCO, particularly through the development and implementation of new, modern product catalog (PC), order management (OM) and CRM/CIM systems. The aim of CSS Business Readiness is to monitor and ensure the launch or migration capability of CSS (Customer Sales & Service). This extends from the takeover from E2E Testing/Start LRT to the final handover to inlife.

Task description:
- Advice to the CSS BR Lead on inventory, improvement of business readiness including the underlying Salesforce processes and representations in K-Box within the Customer Service & Sales Organization (hereinafter CSS)
- Identification and analysis of the fields of action to achieve the RAITT program goal "CSS Business Readiness
- Advice on defining the business readiness criteria & creation and monitoring of a status report in Excel and PPT and tracking overview for each brand
- Implementation and documentation in Word, PPT, Excel / tracking of corresponding meetings for clarification and implementation
- Identification, tracking in Jira and JFM and analysis of the respective status with regard to time, budget & quality within CSS Business Readiness & advice on the way forward regarding mitigation / finding a solution
- Impact analysis of neighboring projects, with influence on the RAITT program at CSS, to ensure smooth operations
- Optimization of the organizational process with regard to efficiency and effectiveness and derivation of best practices in CSS Business Readiness
