Background of the project:
The aim of the project is to ensure that the Digital Analytics team is optimally integrated into the RAITT program and that the upcoming challenges in data management and organizational transformation are successfully mastered. At the same time, decision-making at board level is promoted through strategic advice and presentation of solution options.
The focus is on coordination, data management and technical advice within the framework of the RAITT programme:
1. Consulting the Digital Analytics Team
2. Content-related and conceptual consulting in data management
3. Procedural consulting of the DA team
4. Board-level services
Project start: ASAP
Project location: Remote
Project duration: 3+ months, extensions planned till end of 2026
Capacity: 40h/week

The focus is on coordination, data management and technical advice within the framework of the RAITT programme:
1. Consulting the Digital Analytics Team
- Advising on all topics of the Digital Analytics team in the context of the RAITT program.
- Participation in project-related program meetings and relevant project-related dates of the RAITT program
- Expert advice on a smooth flow of information and communication between the program participants and the digital analytics team.
2. Content-related and conceptual consulting in data management
- Further development of online tracking with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Creation and optimization of reports using Power BI.
- Advice and concept development for the efficient use of data within the framework of the programme.
3. Procedural consulting of the DA team
- Adaptation of the digital analytics organization to the new RAITT system landscape and processes during and after the implementation phase.
- Introduction of new processes to optimize the DA organization in the RAITT world.
4. Board-level services
- Preparation and presentation of the current challenges for decision-making at board level.
- Development and presentation of solution options for decision support.
