The RAITT program is shaping the technical landscape and operating model to improve customer experience, faster time to market and reduced costs through the development and implementation of new, modern product catalog, order management and CRM / CIM systems.

The RAITT program is shaping the technical landscape and operating model to improve customer experience, faster time to market and reduced costs through the development and implementation of new, modern product catalog, order management and CRM / CIM systems.
Task description:
- Advice to the Portfolio Planning & Scoping team regarding working methods and organization
- Preparation of documents and templates in Powerpoint and Excel for managing the team's work packages
- Content advice and creation of suggestions in Powerpoint for optimizing processes and workflows
- Documentation of the RAITT program status in Jira & Confluence
- Advice on optimizing the RAITT program status via meetings, documents and discussions
- Analysis of the need for optimization in the organization of planning and progress using Jira and Confluence analyses
- Reporting of the RAITT program progress in Excel, Jira and Confluence
- Conceptual and strategic development of new, automated processes for the work model in the Portfolio Planning & Scoping team as well as challenges to existing processes with a view to potential optimization and simplification.
