Project descirption:
Use within the framework of the RAITT project (Radical Architecture & IT Transformation) to consolidate existing systems, switch to public cloud and modern technologies, introduce new and modern systems and simplify structures through process harmonization and standardization of requirements.

Project location: Remote
Project duration: 3++ months (planned until end of 2026)
Project descirption:
Use within the framework of the RAITT project (Radical Architecture & IT Transformation) to consolidate existing systems, switch to public cloud and modern technologies, introduce new and modern systems and simplify structures through process harmonization and standardization of requirements.
Service description:
- Advice to the business product owner on the definition and prioritization of epics in the area of customer personas roles and authorizations as part of the RAITT feature planning
- Advice to the product owner on the creation of user stories in Jira and their documentation in Confluence, as well as their review processes
- Advice to the product owner on the review of test cases in Jira and their documentation in Confluence
- Technical advice on monitoring the Jira backlog structure / backlog refinement
- Analysis of existing processes in the area of customer personas roles and authorizations and their documentation in PPT and Excel
- Conception and derivation of improvement measures in the area of customer personas roles and authorizations, as well as advice to the business product owner on implementation
- Advice on the continuous review and targeted adaptation of the previously defined epics from Jira and Confluence
