Background:
- The service is requested within the framework of the RAITT MM program. The RAITT program redesigns the BSS landscape and operating model to improve customer experience, faster T2M and reduced TCO through the development and implementation of new modern product catalog (PC; U-611), Order Management (OM; U-612) and CRM/CIM Systems (U-610)
Specifications:
- Project-related planning, coordination and recording of the regulatory requirements to be taken into account, namely data protection, market regulation and information from authorities within the framework of the business functionalities:
- Recording, further detailing and documentation of the requirements for regulatory concerns
- Independent project-related management of the analysis and implementation of the above requirements
- Review of the design specification developed on the basis of the requirements
- Preparation, planning and consulting in the test phase
