Project description:
The RAITT project aims to transform the BSS landscape with the aim of creating a modern, future-proof IT architecture. A key focus is on optimizing and redesigning the billing processes. The aim of the assignment is to develop solutions for billing processes from a B2C perspective and to manage the requirements for future billing systems, taking efficiency, scalability and sustainability into account.
Service Description:
  • Creation of detailed technical program designs (epics), detailed specifications and functional descriptions for the area of ​​finance operations and accounts receivables management, including the development and specification of relevant elements such as bilateral data exchange for the debt collection interface.
  • Development of detailed technical concepts for processes and sub-processes (user stories) in an end-to-end (E2E) process view of existing system applications and/or new software solutions, tools and interfaces.
  • Development and application of agile working methods (SCRUM, SAFe) in the context of the creation and implementation of technical requirements and concepts.
  • Detailed specification of relevant technical functionalities from previous systems that can lead to adjustments in target systems, including the creation of interface specifications (financial processes).
  • Compliance with traceability and compliance of the detailed specifications created with the functional and technical requirements.
  • Use of standardized tools Jira and Confluence to document and manage requirements, specifications and test results.
  • Creation of framework conditions for tests, including test concepts and relevant test cases, to validate the delivery results within the framework of agile working methods.
  • Conducting functional tests, comparing test results with technical requirements, identifying and tracking defects as well as documenting and conducting acceptance tests.
  • Transmission of final technical acceptance tests and consideration of necessary adjustment needs
