Description:
As part of the implementation and optimization of the Site and Project Management (SPM) tool in the mobile communications (B2X) sector, the focus is on the planning, construction, management and optimization of several thousand locations for technical infrastructures. This includes ensuring suitable locations for mobile communications technology, processing lease agreements, obtaining building permits and building and dismantling mobile phone masts. In addition, contract negotiations with property owners, coordination with district offices and the Federal Network Agency as well as communication with local authorities and mayors to secure the necessary permits are part of the projects. The efficient management of these projects and processes requires the use of the SPM software solution.

Specifications:
- TT Project Management: Creation of software implementation and migration plans for the monthly releases of the SPM application, based on Sitetracker, taking into account all relevant dependencies using JIRA and stakeholder management
- Test Management: Planning, creating and executing all relevant test scenarios as well as validating the test results in the Site and Project Management (SPM) tool to meet the defined requirements using JIRA with ease of use in mind
- System integration: Introduction and implementation of changes within the system landscape of site and project management (SPM) to optimize existing processes and system landscapes
- Stakeholder management: Development and implementation of communication measures for software changes and introductions, including preparation of documents for management as well as software implementation and test teams using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and JIRA
- Deployment Coordination: Implementation of implementation plans, including consideration of software quality requirements, preparation of implementation documents and implementation of communication plans
