Project duration: 3 months initially, extensions planned till end of 2026
Project capacity: 10 hrs./week
Within the framework of RAITT, Cross Tribe evaluates and documents the underlying business processes across the board.
- Conception and development of retail-specific business processes and their documentation structures
- Advising the channel lead on the collection, prioritization and definition of business processes in the context of the omnichannel, retail and RAITT organization
- Consulting in the collection and prioritization and definition of high-level requirements, as well as their documentation in German and English in Jira and Confluence in the retail organization in the cross-tribe (Buy, Product, Inlife, Leave and Partner Tribe)
- Advice on the definition of high-level business requirements in the area of retail sales & service frontend as part of cross-tribe feature planning
- Creation of decision templates in PPT taking into account the specifications of the channel lead
- Advising the channel lead on prioritizing and documenting the defined requirements
