As part of RAITT in the buy tribe, the entire customer journey is responsible

Project duration: 3 months initially, extensions planned till end of 2025
Project capacity: 40 hrs./week
As part of RAITT in the buy tribe, the entire customer journey is responsible
- Advice on the collection and prioritization and definition of requirements, as well as their documentation in German and English in Jira and Confluence in the retail organization in the buy tribe, as well as determination of the development sequence
- Advice on the definition of business requirements and Epic in the area of retail sales & service frontend as part of the Buy Tribe feature planning
- Consulting of specialist departments, development teams, as well as RAITT project organization and coordination of external partners in German and English
- Advising the specialist departments and RAITT project organization and coordinating the external partners with regard to the Blueprinitng, Epic Qualification and Testing in German and English
- Management of the correct test sequence of business requirements and epics in the tools Jira and Confluence Consulting of SMEs, UI/UX designers and business analysts
- Advising the channel lead on the prioritization and documentation of the defined epics
