For one of our customers we are looking for an IT Demand Manager SAP

As an SAP Demand Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating IT requirements company-wide – from structured acquisition and prioritization to successful implementation.
You will ensure that the right projects are initiated at the right time and make a significant contribution to further developing our IT in line with our strategic corporate goals.
Your tasks include:
Conception and further development of an IT demand management framework
Responsibility for the planning, management and implementation of SAP-related IT projects
Structured recording, analysis and prioritization of IT needs
Translating business requirements into precise IT use cases
Align with IT teams on feasibility and resource calculation
Active control and continuous maintenance of the IT demand pipeline
Transparent communication with all relevant stakeholders throughout the process
Monitoring and reporting on requirements, resources and progress
Identification and implementation of process optimization potentials
Required skills/experience:
You have a degree in business administration, computer science, telecommunications technology or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in dealing with SAP projects including relevant modules and interfaces
Deep knowledge in SAP FI/CO
Confident application of classic and agile project management methods such as Waterfall or Scrum
Proficiency in the use of IT demand management tools and process management software (e.g., ServiceNow)
Good technical understanding of IT infrastructure, IT operations, and Microsoft 365
Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting and dealing with KPIs
A confident, professional appearance paired with a solution-oriented way of working
Fluent English, German is a bonus
Capacity: full-time Work location: mainly remote, 1 week onsinte onboarding in Ismaning and 1 onsite visit per month Start: ASAP Duration: 3-6 months, extensions planned for at least one year
