Description:

The service is provided in the FENIX project. The aim of the project is to introduce a global process standard for the adaptation and optimization of efficient end-to-end processes (E2E). With the Fénix project, Telefónica is introducing the latest version of the SAP ERP system (S/4HANA). All key financial figures for accounting as well as internal and external reporting are to be generated directly from the new SAP system as close to the standard as possible, taking into account local requirements such as HGB and reporting obligations.

Specifications:
 

• Independent creation of detailed technical program designs, detailed specifications, functional description for the Order-to-Cash area: Relevant elements are to be developed and specified (reporting requirements, master data for articles/products/customers)
• Development of detailed technical concepts for processes or sub-processes in an E2E process view, taking into account the entire order-to-cash value chain for existing system applications and/or new software solutions / tools / system applications
• Detailed elaboration of relevant technical functionalities from upstream systems, which can lead to an adaptation in the target system (interface specification)
• Advice on the preparation of the technical detailed specification as well as the conformity of the technical fine specification with the functional and professional requirements, documented by the supply to Technology and by the release of the documentation
• Specification of technical SAP or S4 Hana data fields with regard to the accounting specification, so that relevant business transactions in accordance with IAS International Accounting Standards /IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and HGB (Commercial Code) are carried out on the appropriate accounts in the ERP system SAP / S4 Hana and are accounted for in accordance with IAS/IFRS standards.
• Monitoring of the technical compatibility of the detailed technical specification through approval
• Independent creation of framework conditions for testing incl. test concept, relevant test cases for test procedures to be carried out to validate the delivery results
• Comparison of the test results with technical requirements, if necessary. Defect creation and tracking as well as execution and documentation of acceptance tests (system side)
• Implementation and documentation of functional test cases as well as consideration of effects on necessary adaptation requirements as well as transmission of the final technical acceptance tests).

• Question 1: How do you go about analyzing complex data and process relationships?
• Question 2: How do you support stakeholders in the evaluation and optimization of accounts payable processes in SAP RE-FX, especially with regard to the generation of correct financial ratios?
• Question 3: How do you ensure that system adaptations meet the technical requirements in the context of user acceptance tests?

Requirements:

• Strong ability to analyze complex data and process relationships in depth
• Experience in the professional assessment and advice of stakeholders as well as in the derivation of actionable recommendations for action on the basis of complex requirements
• Sound knowledge of SAP RE-FX hins. the operational implementation of (creditor) business processes in the system, esp. with regard to the generation of financial ratios
• Experience in planning, executing and documenting technical tests, especially in the context of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to validate the implementation of technical requirements
