For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager DMS
Project Description:
The client currently uses IBM Document Management Solutions, for key processes for all client business areas. As the current solution goes out of support in 2019, they are implementing a new DMS solution in 2019.
The new DMS solution will be based on the T-Systems ImageMaster (IM) platform, supported by O365 functionality
We are looking for an experienced project manager to steer the DMS replacement project.
Task Description:
The existing ImageMaster implementation needs to be extended to fulfill the requirements of the new DMS solution. Connections/Interfaces to several systems (SAP, Lotus Domino, O365, etc. ) need to be established. The existing 12 use cases need to be moved to the new system. All necessary data have to be transferred to the now solution.
Plan and steer the project
Consult DMS team all infrastructure & application topics
Communicate with involved parties (datacenter responsibles, application owners, SAP consulting teams, project team)
User Acceptance test & Client support during the transition
Monitor the transition process
Prepare documentation/reports
Must have:
Excellent understanding of DMS environments
Excellent project management skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong technical background to understand cross platform dependencies
