For one of our clients we are looking for a Consultant ITSM/ServiceNow
Project Description: Implement small projects, enhancements and problem solving in ServiceNow.
Task Description:
Consultant organize fulfillment from client approved incidents and enhancements via ‚Demand Ticket‘ within ServiceNow
Consultancy for specific demands and general possibilities around ServiceNow either via direct communication (e.g. email) or via ‘Demand Ticket’ in ServiceNow
Steering of ServiceNow Developer in terms of proper implementation vie ServiceNow communication (Demand Ticket, ServiceNow chat)
Consultant coordinates demands in ServiceNow via proper prioritization or feeds back to requestor in case of missing or vague requirements
Consultant ensures implementation of small projects (cost control is in responsibility of client) which require advance activity than standard development
Organize possible meetings with required stakeholder
Understands requirements and assess implementation effort
Steers stakeholder in order to provide proper testing, approvals and requirements according to client’s requirements
High-level milestone plan (via Excel)
Consultant creates transparency of strategic/important demands via roadmap in PowerPoint
Authority to Decide:
Consultant can flexibly decide the working place (onsite or remote)
