We are looking for a Project Manager Digital Delivery

Project description:

The Project focusses on building a Digital Delivery Model for the client's Trading Business. The current Phase of the Project is focusing on structuring and aligning the Delivery Model within the organisation. Planned start-/ enddate: 01.01.2020 - 31.12.2022.

  • For this Phase a Consultant with Project Manager experience is required to support all activities which are typical in Phase 0 Project Set-ups like:
  • Preparation of daily project stand-up meetings, monthly Steering Comitees and bi-weekly Sounding Boards.
  • Use of MS Teams and Azure DevOps to structure daily deliverables and to track tasks
  • Preparation of project related decisions and design of decision tree´s e.g. on Org-Structure - First the decision approach has to be developed and then followed. Decisions will be taken via the Governance Bodies and the Consultant has to prepare the different decision proposals. Therefore, the consultant will work closely with the Project Manager and other Stakeholders to gather this information.
  • Appliyng the selected structure for document Management, Decisions etc.
  • The proposals have to come from the Consultant whilst the decision making relies with the Project Manager. The Consultant may present these to Uniper Stakeholder for a decision.
  • Defining the reporting structure
  • Prepare Sounding Boards and Project Steering Committees by creating PowerPoints and maintaining the minutes of meetings.

Capacity: 32 hours/week
Location: Düsseldorf (25% remote possible)
