Project Description
Implementation of the Partner Management Transformation by the client as part of a company-wide transformation program RAITT. This includes the introduction of a new Saleforce instance to fulfill and consolidate all partner management processes as well as the integration with other boundary areas.

The consultant must have skills and experience in the following areas
Project duration: 9+ months (expectation is ca. 12 months)

Project Description
Implementation of the Partner Management Transformation by the client as part of a company-wide transformation program RAITT. This includes the introduction of a new Saleforce instance to fulfill and consolidate all partner management processes as well as the integration with other boundary areas.
Service Description
- Effective project management and coordination of deliverables between client’s technical team, implementation partner, SW vendor, business stakeholders and RAITT program
- Delivery of project management artifacts (project governance, work breakdown structure, project plan, project reports, dependency plan, risk & issue register, decision papers, management briefing documents)
- Preparation and execution of steering board meetings
- Effective management of escalations
- Activity tracking, reviews, guidance to the project team
- Scope management
- Change management during the project period
- Preparation and execution of requirements gathering, technical implementation and customer migrations
Required Skills /Experience
The consultant must have skills and experience in the following areas
- Good knowledge in modern IT architecture (cloud infrastructure, micro-service orented architecture, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Good knowledge in IT systems for managing external partners of telecommunication providers
- Knowledge of business processes regarding partner management
- Good written and spoken German and English
- 5 to 10 years of practical experience in technology and telecommunication transformation and/or digitalization projects
- Business process understanding regarding partner management
- Deep technical understanding with the ability to derive complex situation into management overviews
- Problem-/issue solving ability with Risk- and Issue Management skills
- Budget Management skills
- Program Management skills
- Project Team leading skills
- Decision making ability including skillset for clear decision recommendations and impact analysis
- Stakeholdermanagement
- Presentation skills on each hierarchy level
- Determined, structured and strong in implementation
