For one of our clients we are looking for an Online Marketing Brand campaign specialist


a.     The service is requested as part of the project Running Brand Communications / ADIZERO & UB LIGHT campaign content
b.     adidas running needs a seamless retail brand communications project to be executed: a marketing campaign for the fall/winter 2022 season from initial agency briefing to final upload of marketing tools to an adidas marketing content platform DAB (Digital Asset Box). Estimated duration of projects July 2022 – December 22.

  • Adidas provides a concept briefing before the start of the project, as well as reviews and double checks all tools (imagery, video content, formatted channel tools) before they are published to adidas’ marketing content platform by the external (DAB).
  • Independently execute omnichannel marketing work. Working on the agency brief which will be executed by the contractor based on the contractor's expertise.
  • Remote agency briefings (video conference between contractor and agency partners). Adidas will organise the briefing calls between the contractor and the agencies. The contractor will present the work that has been conducted during these calls.
  • Creation of the campaign deliverables list (template provided by Seamless Retail Director upfront).
  • Creation of marketing sell out tools (artwork and production guidelines for ADIZERO & UB Light, retail and digital seamless execution) based on the contractor’s expertise.
  • Communication to external agency on behalf of adidas, external’s status is highlighted in email address and will be mentioned in the introduction calls with the agency. The content of the communication will comprise of the weekly project work that is done by the contractor. These communications will be done via a combination of mails and calls.
  • Provide and create alongside with the external agency sell-in Powerpoint material and campaign strategy slides for handover milestones with adidas market counterparts. All contents to be double checked by Seamless Retail Director as part of remote bi-weekly update calls, where the contracted will attend the calls. Detailed deliverables list will be provided before the start of the project. All deliverables (incl. imagery, market production guidelines deck,  Key visuals, videos, copy decks) need to be uploaded to the adidas internal sell in platform (DAB) in order to be available for local adidas market counterparts.
  • Deliver campaign tools (imagery, videos, copy decks, activation guidelines) on time and in full (OTIF). Tools for calculation of OTIF timelines and briefing about campaign objectives to be provided by adidas team before the start of the project. All materials will be double checked by adidas.
