Project Description:
The project has the purpose to define a global process and define criteria for sending Data to SAP Ariba (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance) SLP. The client needs expert Consultancy regarding which data can be sent and received from Qualtrics to MDG’s Vendor record and which data brings value to SAP Ariba P2O, SLP, Ariba Sourcing and Guided Buying Framework.
Task description:
Project location: Ingelheim am Rhein (90% remote, total of 2,5 days onsite expected)
Project duration: 2+ months
Project capacity: ca. 28 hrs./week
Project Description:
The project has the purpose to define a global process and define criteria for sending Data to SAP Ariba (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance) SLP. The client needs expert Consultancy regarding which data can be sent and received from Qualtrics to MDG’s Vendor record and which data brings value to SAP Ariba P2O, SLP, Ariba Sourcing and Guided Buying Framework.
Task description:
- Defining and evaluating scoring matrix framework for each Questionnaire template with auto-scoring on question level, and possibility to define weightings, also balancing overall scoring based on meeting after the evaluation took place.
- Optimization of above mentioned who rates whom matrix (dimensions / supplier ID / Business Unite (AH, BI, Bio)
- Defining dashboard requirements based on Guidelines from Business Sourcing on which data to see how on the dashboard, visualization, granularity of data and based on Role and Management hierarchy, KPI framework to measure progress over time and to visualize reaching (or not) expected scores.
- Defining Roles and permissions in alignment with content stream based on draft
- Building Qualtrics System setup for supplier evaluation section
- Building technical framework including Library structure regarding questionnaires (click and choose to Building easily supplier evaluations, global templates, local templates)
- Building email templates for sending evaluations, reminder, follow ups, thank you.
- Building workflows, if possible, Sourcing is sharing what scope the survey should have, Shared service center is Building the questionnaire based on existing templates, Sourcing is approving it and shared service center will send out.
- Building dashboard based on framework.
- Evaluating data integration options based on the contractors expertise in SAP
- Knowledge transfer to increase on BI IT about Qualtrics also re and release management via MS Office.
- Setting up Questionnaires in Qualtrics XM
- Define criteria for sending Data to SLP
- Complete knowledge Transfer from to the GBC Center Network MNL (shared service center) with the goal to setup, maintain, conduct , review and analyze supplier evaluations including their templates and dashboard via MS Office.
- Implementing templates in a structured way into the SAP system
- Updating internal Guidelines for BI shared service organization (based on SRM documentation)
- 4-5 Years working with Qualtrics and specifically experience in setting up Qualtrics software.
- Years working in the business set up, implementation and technical framework of SAP Ariba
- Experience in defining and setting up business processes
- German and English
