For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager
Scope:
Sales-relevant growth project in an Omnichannel environment with cross-functional dependencies
Re-activation of an existing customer segment as growth opportunity within Omnichannel / B2C
Functional and industry related expert knowledge
Excellent analytical skills with hands-on mentality for implementation
Strongly developed & confident in dealing with Senior management (directors & GF)
Highly experienced in Project governance and PMO
Excellent expertise in X-functional projects (with sales, marketing, product, brand, among others)
Sales & operations expertise with a view to strategy and growth opportunities
Ability to realign and redefine non-existing market environments
Development of new sales approaches or expansion of existing channels
Tasks:
Manages scope, timeline, and budget of committed projects.
Clear definition and delivery of project scope.
Manage project timeline: Define and track project plan incl. milestones / deliverables (requirements, solution descriptions, sign offs, effort estimations, SCM1).
Manage project budget: Manage project budget and design to budget process. Track actual costs for project and manage overall budget.
Management of interdependencies for the project
Define and coordinate project documentation (meeting minutes, project documentation folder).
Initiate and coordinate any kind of procurement activities incl. defining RfI/RfQ.
Creation and management of decision path for Telefónica management. If necessary, independent escalation of problems, following a guideline of solution options (that have already been worked out and evaluated).
Manage the external suppliers.
Close monitoring of project progress. Early and proactive information of the program management and Telefónica Management as soon as the achievement of objectives is in danger.
Creation of necessary work packages and derivation of deliverables.
Review and evaluation of the project results.
Escalation management: Escalation towards management, steering board and demand business owner.
Deliver all project related information towards stakeholders (regular status meetings (incl. Kick-off meeting), steering boards and regular project reporting.
Risk Management: Identifies and actively manages / mitigates project risks.
Quality Management: Monitor that any work is consistent with the quality standard. Define quality objectives and process to meet them (conduct iCT, CRT, BRT).
Monitor that any work is consistent with the project framework and in line with all international quality standards.
Competences & Experiences: The Consultant should represent Certificates, related with Project management (PMI, GPM/IPMA)
Technical skillset and experiences in the business area
Knowledge of the PM processes and tools, according to GPM/IPMA, PMI, Prince2
Excellent German and English skills
More than 8 years of experience in the field of Project Management
