For one of our clients in the fashion industry we’re looking for a freelance Social Media Consultant:


Short description of the project: Social Media is a channel to reach the client project.
The client is creating a full-season always-on franchise approach for the client Elite Racing brand family for Spring Sommer 23 and Fall Winter 23. The client’s aim is to become the most talked about running brand within the driven and ambitious running community.
Running Social: Social Media Strategy & toolkit creation for Category Activation Campaigns, Strategic Business Plan Running Projects for a credible Running Pillar (Win Races & Gain Advocacy).
The project has the purpose to enhance the credibility and gain talkability about the client running within the social media platforms relevant to the running community.


The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently 
performed by the external: 
  • The client provides a concept briefing before the start of the project, as well as reviews and double checks all tools (imagery, video content, formatted channel tools) before the contractor publishes content to the client’s marketing content platform by the external (DAB)
  • Independently execute omnichannel marketing work from media neutral ideation: roll-out strategy, creative ideation, partner strategy, platform strategy, remote agency briefings (video conference between contractor and external agency partners) on a daily or weekly basis. Contractor should execute all his output with a social first mindset and think how social media content and strategy can be executed for other marketing channels – such as PR, Digital and Retail.
    Communication on behalf of the client: external’s status is highlighted in email address and will be mentioned in the introduction calls with the agency
  • Upon concept brief at the beginning of the project by the client - creation of deliverables list (template provided by the client upfront) based on contractor’s expertise and the client’s brief.
  • As per brief plan and coordinate photoshoots (external location TBC), creation of campaign toolkits (sell-in and sell-out 2D and 3D content) including driving of strategic seasonal decks for SS23 and FW23 for social media in Running. Creation should always be with the assigned Social Media agency. No requirement to create content individually.
  • Upon approval by the client deliver campaign tools from external lead agencies (imagery, videos, copy decks, activation guidelines) to DAB, Microsoft Teams Channels and Market counterparts.
  • Provide weekly project updates to the client via email and provide updates based on timelines which are provided by the client at the start of the project.
The performance of the contractor has the goal:
  • To deliver the briefed and required projects independently in full scope and a timely manner. Driving social media having an integrated marketing approach with a holistic 360 degree approach in mind.


The following timelines are to be adhered to by the external during the performance of the service:
  • Client’s On Time In Full (OTIF) tool and campaign deliverables. OTIF timelines vary, the client will provide the tools with which timelines can be calculated by the external. The client will review and approve these timelines.
