Brand Comms Manager Holiday FW 24/SS 25 - June 2024

For one of our clients we are looking for a Brand Comms Manager Holiday FW 24/SS 25

Short description of the project:
  • Commercial Moments – Holiday FW24/SS25 includes creative concept and global cross-category comms tools, imagery pool and adaptation guidance for full price and promo tools.

The project has the purpose to:
  • For the client to show up globally in a creative consistent manner, in line with the 2024 Brand Direction during the Holiday commercial period.

Tasks:
  • Deliver digital and retail strategy, and creation of the promo and full-price toolkits for the holiday commercial moment based on an initial comms brief received by brand comms, considering markets’ feedback via two market update calls with internals, and own expertise in the digital and retail space. Date of market update calls will be defined by client upfront.
  • Collecting input from markets, via the 2 market update calls to understand their needs for tools creation – for both promo and full-price Holiday phases Sharing updates with markets via email (once a month), and create decks for market updates deck (maximum 5).
  • Give input and feedback to external creative agencies regarding digital and retail deliverables, from creative development, tools execution and through to toolkit creation and delivery, based on an initial comms brief, markets’ feedback and own expertise. Deliverables to be created based on comms brief and content plans received from Global Retail Activation, and Global Experience Planning and Global Digital Activation, via Airtable, upfront.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end sample process (including placing the order in sample4U, tracking shipment and doing inventory of articles), applying own expertise behind sample4U and overall shipment process, across samples for all categories.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback within creative development process, based on professional expertise with brand communications and knowledge consolidated from the relevant stakeholders and markets, during the 2 market update calls, and based on comms briefing.
  • Professionally consult and feedback (own expertise) in pre-production process on shot-list, production crew, locations, casting, styling and hair & make up.
  • Professionally consult and feedback (own expertise) on messaging framework for both full price and promotional phases of the holiday commercial moment, and coordinate the legal approval process and translations of the messaging framework (by consolidating feedback from client legal department and sharing their comments with creative agencies until the client gets legal sign off across all copy).
  • Joining the production’s location in July/August 2024 for content creation and professionally consult about the production based on own expertise and creative brief.
  • Professionally consult and feedback (own expertise) during the postproduction for this campaign regarding final selects, retouching notes (images) and edits (video) considering the needs of the digital and retail deliverables and the input received from markets during market interaction calls and from the global digital and retail activation teams during weekly check-in calls.

The performance of the contractor has the goal:
  • Deliver x-category content for the holiday commercial moment, across promotional and full-price phases, that will be uploaded on DAB in line with OTIF (On Time and In Full).

Location: 50% remote, 50% onsite (Herzogenaurach)
Capacity: full-time (40h/week)
