Financial Specialist for Master Data and Reporting -

For one of our clients we are looking for a Financial Specialist for Master Data and Reporting

Project description: The aim of the project is to maintain company and person master data to enable client’s CIM-application for K3-filing to the German Federal Bank and annual financial statements.

Tasks:
  • Generate all relevant reports: Shareholding list, Investment transaction, Modification records, Globe report, Related party list from the CIM system and the official shareholding list published on the PING pages based on information provided in advance by the client and own knowledge and experience
  • Execute Tax validations: Check missing tax data and coordinate the WTS team which is responsible for the tax data maintenance to update the CIM system (zetVisions Corporate Investment Manager) based on own expertise
  • Check if the data is maintained in the System after WTS provides confirmation
  • Prepare and execute the authorization rights check based on own expertise
  • Generate Orch chart and hand it over to the top holder SE entity and optimize the output that it is not going to deep down to the financial shares hierarchy but perhaps shows shareholding structure to certain reporting level based on the standards from the Legal department manual
  • Reconcile CIM system for master data changes with CCH Tagetik Master Data
  • Reconcile collected data with uploaded data
  • Enhance Tagetik reporting hierarchy with relevant information: country, consolidation type, Start and end date, tax type, deferred income tax, period of first consolidation and divestiture, Management segment from E23 hierarchy and assignment in the hierarchy E15
  • Prepare upload of capital information and perform Quality Assurance
  • Prepare upload of legal persons and perform Quality Assurance
  • Prepare upload of mandates and perform Quality Assurance
  • Execute the final test if the macro developed by IT correctly overtakes the figures from K3 template for companies where data are collected manually. Perform Quality Assurance in the CIM Q10 system based on own expertise (data collection and QA with respect to §285 and 313 HGB)
  • Document the final results and hand them over to client for a sign-off

Required skills:
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or similar fields
  • IT/ Financial strong analytical rationale
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, PPT and other

  • Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment in a result-oriented manner
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills
  • Open mind and a team player
  • English and German business level communication (written and spoken)
  • Creativity solving IT/ Business issues
