Activation Consultant M-3 Market Range - October 2024

For one of our clients we are looking for an Activation Consultant M-3 Market Range

PROJECT DESCRIPTION 
  • RMA Decom is a program focused on building and rolling out a new digital application called “M-3 Market Range” to client employees who work in the Market Merchandising, Market Business Unit and Concept to Consumer & Sales.
  • The project has the purpose of building a one stop shop for Global Brand and to Market Merchandisers and to be a focal point for global and for 7 markets for Market Merchandizers to create their ranges efficiently for better Sell-In.

Tasks:
  • Creation of 2-3 user test meetings to receive sign off on the pre-defined project scope as set by the product owner with the merchandizing and product marketing users in the markets.
  • Gather feedback for tool improvements for the roll-out of M-3 Market Range to be fully activated within brand as part of Merchandizing ambition which should be documented on the M-3 Markets Sharepoint page. The content is based on the input provided by the product owner of M-3, creation of content is based on contractor’s expertise and finalization based on review by internal product owners.
  • Creation of 2-3 announcements, newsletters & presentations in PPT format containing features from bi-weekly product launches to be presented in virtual Teams meetings held by the contractor and shared with market users of the applications via Yammer, e-mail and Teams messages based on contractor’s expertise. The documentation will match existing project templates & designs shared with the contractor upfront.
  • Creation & hosting of Training-Material (PPT, Excel SharePoint) & the virtual MS Teams meetings 3-4 times/week with local BUs and Merchants who are attending, to onboard them to the new platform. The client will double check all training materials before further use in future meetings.
  • Creation and posting of 3-4 planned Communications-material about upcoming user trainings and new features in product releases. This includes Yammer Posts, GIFs, videos, SharePoint Posts, and e-mails based on the contractor’s expertise.
  • Creation of 3-4 detailed range layouts and templates the market merchandising teams need for the transition with the input provided by product owner in M-3 that will be reviewed by the business users from merchandizing for further use.
  • Provision of feedback in the form of MS forms and gather responses from the users once every month in trainings of any learnings, challenges, and opportunities to improve the applications for future users.
  • Conduction of 3-4 User Acceptance Testing (UAT) session, documentation of test results in the market in tool Jira and MS Excel and provision of feedback to the product owners. Material to conduct UAT will be provided by the M-3 product owners. 
  • Consultancy of M-3 end users with regards to tool usage. Briefing by client for M-3 tools provided upfront.
  • Every documentation is submitted to adidas for approval.

Location: 70% remote, 30% onsite in Herzogenaurach
