Project Description: Graphic prints for FW26 Apparel.
Aim of the project: To achieve kids and adult relevant placed graphic tees. Special expertise needed in placed graphics prints for apparel tees which is not available internally.
Overview:
A briefing will be carried out to provide understanding of Terrex and Five Ten identity / design creation process as well as concept presentations and storytelling. The presentation will be presented by the client which includes handover of necessary documents and products.

Start: ASAP
Duration: till end of 2024
Location: 20% onsite (Herzogenaurach), 80% remote
Capacity: 15 days for the project duration (around 25% capacity)

A briefing will be carried out to provide understanding of Terrex and Five Ten identity / design creation process as well as concept presentations and storytelling. The presentation will be presented by the client which includes handover of necessary documents and products.
Tasks:
- Definition of graphic themes, creation of graphic illustrations and application per product types (15 models) and on articles (45 articles).
- Creation of the collection of graphic tees to meet briefing. Creation is based on the contractor’s expertise.
- Based on BU Outdoor identities and seasonal briefing, creation of moodboards (kids and adults), research of graphic insights to sell-in concepts and stories based on contractor’s external expertise. Share research result with the client for further approval to move to the next steps of the project.
- Creation of placed graphics on tees (15 models, 45 articles) based on research.
- Independently deliver graphics TechPacks (1 per article) including color for handover to development using client templates (Adobe Illustrator / PDF) upfront of deadline 17 Dec.
- Presentation of concepts onsite (to review physical concept) and offsite (as pdf and Miro) to the cross functional team including senior leadership team at Design
- Concept Presentation (15 Oct) and Creative Review 0 (CR0) (13Nov).
TIMELINES:
- 1st day of contract: Color, Material, Graphics (CMG) Kick-Off (offsite)
- 15.10: Color, Material, Graphics (CMG) 1st sharing on concept (offsite)
- 13.11: Color, Material, Graphics (CMG) Concept Review CR0 (onsite)
- 17.12: Handover Techpack to APP Development (offsite)
